Today, I created Pivot 2 Performance to give sales professionals and sales leaders the practical systems, structure, and coaching most never receive.

I'm Amy Cortez
I didn't start my career planning to build sales training programs. Like many sales professionals, I learned through experience, mistakes, mentors, and countless customer conversations.
Over the last three decades, I progressed from individual contributor to executive sales leadership roles where I was responsible for building and scaling sales organizations, developing leaders, improving execution, and driving growth.
Throughout that journey, I noticed a common problem: Most sales professionals are taught what to sell. Very few are taught how to operate. They work harder instead of smarter. They stay busy instead of productive. They rely on motivation instead of systems.
The highest performers weren't necessarily more talented. They simply had better processes.

Why I Created Pivot 2 Performance
Throughout my career, I watched organizations spend thousands of dollars on technology, CRM systems, and sales tools while their salespeople still struggled with the fundamentals.
The issue wasn't effort. It was structure.
